Legal services for sale of residential property
We were recommended TG Baynes by the agent selling our property. Our previous solicitor had retired so we had no other contacts. From the start Louisa was efficient and on top of matters, answering emails outside working hours and when she was supposed to have finished for the day. At no time did we feel the sale was being held up because of any legal delay on our side. This is quite a contrast to all the other conveyancing lawyers we have dealt with, both personally and in business. These always seemed to assume the transaction would not take place, so always had to be pressed to take action or chase matters. Louisa was in complete contrast to this approach and was a pleasure to deal with, being very prompt to deal with the issues that arose and chasing the other side when required. The transaction completed at a time which suited us despite stalling tactics and odd demands from the other side.

Sales and purchase of property
I would strongly recommend the service provided by T G Baynes.
For over the last year, I have used them in the sale of two properties and the purchase of a new property. I have found them to be approachable, supportive and very well organised. Very efficient and excellent communication skills.
I've bought and sold six times over the last 30 years and TGBaynes (Louisa Juchau and Marie Brown) were, BY FAR, the best solicitors I have used. It was the smoothest negotiation and the communication was excellent. I never had to wait long for a response to my emails and always felt 'in the loop'. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent conveyancing service
TG Baynes recently assisted with my purchase of a property and our solicitor, Louisa Juchau, was first class. The purchase was swift and stress-free due to Louisa's hard work, for which I am most grateful. All staff at TG Baynes who I had contact with, were always polite, helpful and the communication between the firm and myself, via emails, telephone calls and postal communications, was excellent.

Exceptional Experience
Myself and my partner had a really positive experience with Louisa. It was our first time buying together and we both felt very supported at each step. Louisa was diligent in explaining complex processes with clarity, so that we felt confident and less overwhelmed with what we were doing. She was extremely efficient in her emails and communication with both us and the sellers' solicitors, to ensure everything was ready in a timely manner. She was also available by phone when we needed some urgent clarity, and this call really put us at ease during a stressful time. We cannot recommend her highly enough, and have since recommended her multiple times.

Very speedy solicitors! 100% recommend
Amazing solicitors from start to finish. Had all the answers to all my queries right away. Were very responsive. Didn't feel like I was in the dark at all. I've never dealt with a solicitor who has been so communicative and up front. Extremely professional, acted very quickly on all information sent over, would 100% recommend to anyone buying or selling a property!

House Purchase
Louisa was my solicitor for a recent house purchase.
