Thankyou

Thankyou Helen for representing us and helping us to understand what’s going on at the court each time we’ve needed to appear. I feel you are probably the best informed of all the barristers there and also the most friendly and reassuring amongst all the representatives. Thankyou 🙂

Excellent Service

We had used Kingsfords previously for other issues but not for conveyancing. We engaged Kingsfords to deal with the sale of a second property, which through no fault of ours or Kingsfords, turned out to be a long process with our first buyers pulling out midway through proceedings. The service that we received throughout the whole process was excellent and very professional. Donna and her colleagues in the conveyancing team were always contactable, responded quickly to emails and dealt with everything efficiently and professionally to get the sale completed. We would recommend Kingsfords.

Rude, arrogant and indifferent

After overseeing a family heist in which I was deprived of almost 200,000GBP they were unable to comply with the simplest of requests -- to send a PDF of the transfer details which was needed since the money is over a week late (and counting) in arriving. This despite being repeatedly asked. The compliance officer actually told me, her client, "I'm busy. It's not my job to send PDFs" and then HUNG UP ON ME (this at 2am where I am based in Tokyo).
The experience with the Will and Kingsford's lack of empathy, basic courtesy and humanity has caused me to have three panic attacks this year.

Probate

I had previously used Kingsfords for conveyancing and been very satisfied. On this occasion it was to obtain Probate and other matters relating to my late wife. Elizabeth was knowledgeable and friendly and her secretary, Amy was delightful and always helpful. This was all a great help to me at this difficult time.

Firstly We would like to Thank Helen for everything she has done for us. From when we first met just over a year ago to our very last hearing. We can't put into words how truly grateful we are.
From our very first meeting Helen demonstrated exceptional professionalism compassion and a deep understanding of family law. The entire process was much more manageable by explaining every step of the process, always been available, every email and phone call.

A client

Be cautious when dealing with Kingsfords Solicitors. In my experience, they often say one thing in private but do something entirely different on paper. Initially, they may encourage you to believe you have a strong case just to secure your business. However, after making significant money off you, they may turn around and claim you don’t have a case after all.

They used to represent me in a civil case. They often failed to follow my instructions, instead shaping the case in ways that benefited them financially. Worse, once they’ve made enough money from you, they may withdraw from the case without proper notice—leaving you in serious trouble. This happened to me while I was abroad, and I was left to face the consequences on my own.

With their professional knowledge and experience, they know how to shield themselves from accountability, making complaints almost impossible to succeed.

Unfortunately, I ended up losing my case and tens of thousands of pounds. Their priority wasn’t helping me—it was extracting as much money as possible.

Be very careful when dealing with these solicitors.

Myself and my partner have recently completed both our wills with the help and guidance of Corinna Sewell-Hill. We were very impressed with the impeccable service that we both received, including the expert advice and guidance with regard to both our joint property and singular assets . We would definitely recommend Kingsfords, Ashford for this service, and in particular, Private Client Executive, Corinna Sewell-Hill.

I would highly recommend Kingsford’s Solicitors to all, especially Thomas Browne and his colleague Edward.
Not knowing what was required in my complex and unfair case, Thomas guided me through from start to finish! Thomas’ expertise, level of service, efficiency and trust throughout was outstanding.

Thank you for everything you did for me in order to receive the outcome I did, it would not have been possible without you.

I will definitely utilise Kingford’s Solicitors again, should such time arise.
😊
