I would not hesitate to recommend LloydsPR...

I would not hesitate to recommend LloydsPR for your legal needs. I first engaged the services of the firm as a legal representative in an under-caution interview, and from that moment on, I can attest to the professionalism and sympathetic attitude of everyone I dealt with at the firm. My own legal process, unfortunately, lasted a number of years, but LloydsPR staff were supportive and highly effective throughout.

I would in particular like to highlight the work of my primary case worker at the firm, Thomas Ashbey, whose support from the start was exemplary. He took concerns raised about the conduct of the Met and CPS seriously and pursued those threads, but was also pro-active in highlighting issues and bringing them to my attention. In what was an extremely harrowing process, I could not have asked for a better legal representative than Thomas.

I would also like to highlight that LloydsPR and Thomas’ work extended not only to their own direct contribution but into their knowledge of other individuals required, such as my fantastic barrister, Sam Thomas, but also in recommending appropriate experts. The long process, which had the best possible outcome, was difficult enough, but would have been substantially more so without the work, support and pro-active involvement of LloydsPR and I will be forever grateful to them, and to Thomas, for that.

My Case at st Albans Crown Court

My initial contact and subsequent experience with Lloyds Pr in particular Oliver Mather was exceptional. He was attentive , kept me informed throughout and offered very good advice.Even where there was miscommunication , he was quick to set it right with the court.

My barrister Omar Sabbagh was incredible. Very calm and always gave me the straight version , no sugar coating , which l was very appreciative of. Very knowledgeable and gave me the best advise throughout , which allowed us to get the best outcome in this case. l sincerely hope that anyone in my position gets a barrister like Omar Sabbagh.

All in all , what an incredible team . Thank you from the bottom of my heart both of you.

Regards

Tim Mutsekwa

Amazing Solicitors

These guys are amazing! I had to plead guilty in court, but I get the sentence I really wanted.
They couldn't get me off the charges completely but my sentence is more focused on helping with my problems with mental health, rather than punishing me. I've got 1 years worth of psychoeducational and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my mental health. I've also got 9 months of Drug Rehabilitation. The only thing I'm not happy about my sentence is how much fee's I have to pay. But it was a long case and everything else in my sentence I'm extremely happy about.
As I said I'm very happy with my sentence as my sentence actually helps me. It actively helps me not commit crimes in the future and with my daily life, managing my severely bad mental health and issues with using drugs.
So as I say amazing solicitors. Even through I only got them on duty for free, they did an amazing job with me and I am eternally thank you.

If offered these guys in custody, request someone else!

It's thanks to Nayara and her team that I was kept in prison on remand for 2.5 months longer than the 17 days I should have spent on remand (a total of 3 months in jail, before not receiving neither a jail term nor suspended sentence! Ie. I should never have gone to jail in the first place). I was kept in prison for 2.5 months exclusively due to the Covid-19 pandemic delaying my hearings. Probation had given me a 0% chance of re-offending, and the mental health assessment that the court was waiting for could have had no impact on my sentence, yet Lloyd's PR still failed to make a reasonable case for my bail, telling my sister that they "Didn't really know" why I was still being held in custody...!? Two of their solicitors completely failed to convey my side of the story in court and I felt totally unheard. Contact with them whilst inside was incredibly sparse and they did not attempt to make any real contact with me to build a proper defence. During my remand period, they had told my family that they had grown "emotionally attached" to my case because they knew I should not be in jail. Yet once I was finally released, Nyara and her team cut all ties with me and my family and stopped responding to emails. This apparent concern stopped in an instant. They ignored numerous questions I had asked them upon release merely for advice going forward and have been very awkward in assisting me with things that they are obliged to help me with. All I'd say is, when they say they really care, they really don't!

Best solicitors ever

Oliver Mather provided me with excellent advice and dealt with my case in a very professional, positive and reassuring manner. I achieved a positive outcome due to his exceptional ability and skill. Oliver Mather is the best person to have in your corner to fight for you. Both my cases were dismissed which were a GBH and a ABH.

Oliver helped me during this difficult time of mine By advising me professionally and also by communicating effectively with me. He helped me with my case and assessed every single aspect of my case, Then advised me professionally. Oliver is dedicated with his work and will not let you down!

Excellent service provided!

Thank you
