We enlisted the assistance of Moore Solicitors to assist us, at an advanced stage of an unfair dismissal case against my partners long standing ex-employer. After receiving notification of my redundancy, I contacted Harsha Moore who was very sympathetic and explained in detail the procedure that she would adopt.
She made contact with my ex' employers and proceeded to examine all of the documentation, and found several points that needed clarifying.
