Fantastic service all round - would highly recommend!

We enlisted the assistance of Moore Solicitors to assist us, at an advanced stage of an unfair dismissal case against my partners long standing ex-employer. Harsha was absolutely fantastic and was able to grasp the complexities of the case very quickly (there was a huge amount of information to go through), my partner is neurodiverse and struggles sometimes with admin tasks, Harsha was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process and we were very impressed by her firm but fair approach to the case. Harsha was incredibly professional, kept us updated at all times and her fee was reasonable. Our only regret is not contacting Moore Solicitors sooner. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needing an employment solicitor, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Moore Solicitors. Thanks again Harsha you made a really stressful situation manageable, and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Settlement Agreement upon Redundancy

Facing a redundancy situation, I was recommended to Harsha Moore of Moore Solicitors by a friend.

Harsha explained the options available to me in a clear, concise and practical manner. She advised on the best way for me to approach my former employer with a view to securing a higher value settlement agreement and guided me through the complex legal clauses in that agreement. A successful outcome was achieved.

The entire matter was concluded within just over one month, from start to finish.

Employment termination

After receiving notification of my redundancy, I contacted Harsha Moore who was very sympathetic and explained in detail the procedure that she would adopt.
She made contact with my ex' employers and proceeded to examine all of the documentation, and found several points that needed clarifying.
At each stage of the procedure she would keep me 'in the loop' with phone calls/emails, until finally managing to secure an improved 'full & final' offer from my ex' employer.

I had reason to seek advice recently and was hoping to find a solicitor that was both technically capable and 'invested' in providing the good quality advice and support that people should expect, but often don't receive. Moore Solicitors exceeded expectations on every level. Although a small firm the attention to detail applied, quality of advice received and general care shown, were all excellent.

I was facing the daunting prospect of having to seek legal advice with regards an employment issue. From the outset Harsha Moore provided a first class professional service. Not only was it professional but also seemed a personal service. Harsha listened to my requirements and concerns and gave excellent advice. Most importantly we achieved the desired result. Thank you Harsha and I have no hesitation in recommending Moore Solicitors to prospective clients.PB

I was looking for a solicitor to help with my partners situation at work. He is in the process of taking his employer to the Employment Tribunal and we needed help and guidance with the whole process and to fill in the ET1 form. From the initial contact from Moore Solicitors they have been very fast to respond and professional at all times. Harsha is very helpful, sympathetic and empathetic to our situation. She knows her stuff and managed to condense and summarise a decade of discrimination within a short time frame and hit the nail on the head. She always gave us options and had our best interests at heart. Other solicitors we contacted were charging extortionate fees for the situation we were in. Moore Solicitors are reasonable and worth their weight in gold. We are still in the process of the Employment Tribunal and Harsha is very knowledgable and helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend Moore Solicitors.
