Firstly I would like to thank Natasha for going out of her way to help me also for taking her time and consideration hearing out my case even though she wasn't my solicitor. I had a lovely solicitor for my autistic son 20yrs old. She was very professional and understanding. She was straight down the line and clear with her advice and suggestions. She communicated with my son very well and took his special needs into consideration. I found her to be quite up to date with young people and on a level which helped my son to open up as well as feel reassured. There was never a time that I couldn't get hold of her. She was always available and ready to reassure me and help when needed. She was on the ball and very efficient.

I was helped by Natasha who was very helpful and patient. My case had very little chance to get a judgement in my favor and few solicitors rejected my case. However, when I contacted LLOYDS PR solicitor and spoke to Natasha, she was was positive and gave me some hope and tried to help me. She was straightforward and honest to me about my case. She was listening very focused to understand my case and based on my story she would ask for the right evidence. No matter how many questions, suggestions or advice I was asking she would alway respond with patient. Overall, I was happy with the result thanks to Natasha. However, I would advice everyone that you must do your own research too and make sure you look at the similar cases online and if there is anything you like the solicitor to add to help your case then you must do that.
