I was appointed this firm as duty solicitors. The solicitors passed my case around between different solicitors within the office the first Emma seemed very knowledgeable listened to my points of view and agreed with them then I was passed to Chris Reed one of the main partners. Who A) was dressed in tracksuit not very professional, wouldn't even stand to shake my hand, first question or should I say statement from him was "I don't even know why your here" despite being told to book the appointment with him, we ended up in a legal argument to which he would not represent me how I wished and advised me to plead guilty for something I was not guilty of and assured me I would not get off, despite previously being informed by Emma that I stood a great chance, it appeared that once the application for legal aid was agreed and he had the money he no longer cared wished to work for the police instead of his client and just wanted easiest solution to line his pockets. May I add that I changed solicitors pre trial and was furthermore cleared of all charges. A complaint is being filed with the SRA avoid at all costs.
