Really bad communication and service finally after a year of stress and nagging and a different solicitor every other week it’s all finished but we will be putting in a complaint to the legal ombudsman. I strongly recommend you do not use this firm

AVOID

I would strongly advise against using these solicitors.

I had one phone call in the entire SEVEN weeks that I had opened a case and I was contacting them. The solicitor confused my case completely when I finally got hold of her. My case was never progressed or worked upon in these 7 weeks and I have now been asking for a further four weeks for an update on my case, however, I have received NO CONTACT from them.

My house fell through and I received no contact or response to the four emails where I was stating this news to them. I then raised a complaint and they then try to claim that they were “letting me know” that my house fell through despite myself telling them four times during the week!

Please do not use this service. I would hate for anybody to experience what I have experienced with them. I am now going for advice against them to help me get my case which I paid £300 for. AVOID!
