Throughout the process Marie, Karen, and Ben looked after me every step of the way. They were communicative and responsive. I was proactively kept up to date. They were all very friendly and reassuring which is brilliant when you are dealing with things outside of your normal comfort zone. I can't recommend them all highly enough.

When I got in contact to use their services they were very quick to create the documents needed however there were mistakes in the document that had nothing to do with myself these were fixed but was quite unprofessional.

Used Heppenstalls at Lymington to help with my mothers move, l have to say Marie Redman, Karen Crain and the lady (sorry forgot her name) have been nothing but professional, helpful and very efficient in facilitating my mothers move in a short time scale. When ever l rang the office they were always readily available and when not, always rang back when they said they would. Would recommend them. They are now currently selling a home and l expect them to be just as reliable as before.

I contacted Danielle Harvey (New Milton) at a very difficult and stressful time. My father was suddenly taken ill, and it was a wake-up call to all of us that my parents' affairs needed a complete legal overhaul to make everything up to date. I contacted her specifically because she specialised in matters that were specific to our family needs - in our first call I knew I had found the perfect individual to help our family through a difficult time. Over the next 2 years, Danielle worked tirelessly to sort not only my parents out, but me too when I needed her prior to an unexpected surgery. As such, we now refer to her around the dinner table as 'the angel in New Milton'. Life is difficult enough as it is without having to trawl through endless legalese concerning life planning - Danielle de-mystified all of the relevant processes in a patient and ever-so-kind way. We are now on top of everything and a huge load of worry has been lifted from our shoulders - we can move forward with confidence. The reassurance that we feel knowing that she is there if/when we need her is considerable.

We bought a house and sold a house recently and Heppenstalls were brilliant and very patient! Sarah was brilliant in taking over our case as our previous solicitor had retired. So very patient with all the panic stricken phone calls towards the end from myself and my husband. Thank you Heppenstalls for a job well done! Would not hesitate to use you again.
