Olivia is a Trainee Solicitor at Heppenstalls Solicitors, focusing on residential property. Bringing over seven years of experience as a Paralegal, Olivia has a strong background in Real Estate, including residential lender sales and commercial property. In her current role, Olivia assists clients with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from sales and purchases to leases. Her work includes reviewing and drafting contracts, handling enquiries, liaising with estate agents and mortgage lenders, and ensuring all legal requirements are met for a smooth transaction. Olivia holds an LLB degree, has successfully completed Solicitors Qualifying Exam 1, and is currently undertaking a master’s while preparing for Solicitors Qualifying Exam 2 later this year.
