House sale
Very relieved to have had a professional and thorough service from the team at Heppenstalls in dealing with the sale of my late mother's house. The situation was complicated by the house being in a retirement home complex, so there were management company and freeholder interests to take into account. Heppenstalls did a good job keeping on top of the various permissions and inquiries that were required, and in general we were very satisfied with the service.

Professional, straightforward and easy to deal with
Olivia Hiscock at Heppenstalls acted for us in the sale of my late Mum's flat. Olivia responsed quickly both to me and to any enquiries sent over by the buyer's solicitor. Olivia was very professional and was easy to work with. My only frustration was out of her hands - namely the time taken by the buyer's solictor to make a simple transaction happen. Olivia in contrast was a star. Well done and thank you.

Great communicator
I recently worked with Olivia Hiscock on a property transaction. Faultless to completion
