Excellent fast, friendly and professional conveyancing.
Marie and Karen dealt with our sale plus aborted and subsequent purchase brilliantly.
Great advice from Marie and efficient friendly backup from Karen.
In particular, their help with the purchase we initially intended was invaluable; as the information from the vendor was not forthcoming, and it turned out to be because there were structural issues that led us to abort.

Great service and support from a super friendly team
Throughout the process Marie, Karen, and Ben looked after me every step of the way. They were communicative and responsive. I was proactively kept up to date. They were all very friendly and reassuring which is brilliant when you are dealing with things outside of your normal comfort zone. I can't recommend them all highly enough.

Heppenstalls at their best
Used Heppenstalls at Lymington to help with my mothers move, l have to say Marie Redman, Karen Crain and the lady (sorry forgot her name) have been nothing but professional, helpful and very efficient in facilitating my mothers move in a short time scale. When ever l rang the office they were always readily available and when not, always rang back when they said they would. Would recommend them. They are now currently selling a home and l expect them to be just as reliable as before.

Excellent service on conveyancing!
