Purchase of Flat 4 Mulberry Mead, Whitchurch

This was the simplest of flat purchases, with no chain and a cash buyer, however it still took 5 months to complete.
The lack of communication and the inability to answer any phone call I made was incredibly frustrating.

Previously we have used a firm in Durham for conveyancing, which we were very pleased with but we deliberately used a local solicitor this time so that we could support the local economy.
We now realise this was a mistake.
I would not use BSandI in the future.

Kelly and her team, and latterly Julie who picked up the end of the process, were highly professional and kept us informed throughout a process which wasn't always straightforward. They helped us through last minute glitches calmly and sensibly. They were a reassuring presence throughout.

Jenny was lovely and super helpful along with the reception staff. They were absolutely amazing until the very end, I’m still waiting for a response for attendance notes. Also I still had a few questions, but got dropped as soon as it was over for them.
I would highly recommend them for family matters though, it was handled very well, just at the end I got let me down.

Car Accident

I’m not sure why but I’ve done this review already months ago and yet it’s still not live so having to re try.

I wanted to write a review based on my wonderful experience with Julian Cole a solicitor based at this firm in Andover.

My case was far from an easy straightforward one and was against the government so I had an extremely difficult fight on our hands. I had a life changing car accident which left me disabled as a result with long term injuries also.

I had originally gone to a large firm in London who after a year I took the case away from as they seemed to be twiddling their thumbs and doing not a lot of anything.
I was then recommended this firm by a friend and went to meet with Julian to discuss my case.

It was an extremely long five years, we knew this when starting. Julian although is a quiet man upon meeting do not let that fool you into thinking that when it comes to his role he won’t perform. I can assure you that you will get the very best outcome with Julian on board.

He’s extremely thorough and professional, he knows exactly what he’s doing who to get on board and provided me with some of the best barristers in the country.
My case was extremely emotional for me and at times i’m sure I was a nightmare for Julian, well I know I was. He was so understanding to how I felt throughout and gave me support and wise words to reassure me the whole time.

When working alongside somebody for so long you gain a very good understanding to the type of person they are. Julian is one in a million he’s not just acting on your behalf but he’s putting everything into your case because this man truly does care unlike so many.

It’s been a pleasure working alongside Julian and his firm and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me get the outcome we did for myself and my family and our future.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Julian Cole to anybody who is looking for the best outcome you could get coupled with a solicitor you can rely on throughout with his honesty and advice and his experience.

Many thanks again to everyone that was involved we thank you and we appreciate all you have done.
