We decided to use a local solicitor for our recent house sale and purchase. Despite it becoming a much more complex and pro longed matter. Christopher Taylor provided excellent service throughout his advice was clear and concise and he always found time to talk through options and next steps. He dealt very well with the less than helpful solicitors used by the other parties too. Highly recommend.

Service provided was excellent

Buying a house is a complex process and can be stressful. Combined with complications of lockdown added some uncontrollable delays. Despite this the service povided by Christopher Taylor and Sarah Galpin was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others in the future.

House Purchase - Was very impressed with the service. The advice and guidance I received was clear, well communicated and very much with my best interests at heart. We did the majority of corresponding by email which was very convenient and timely. Would I use them again? Absolutely! I was extremely happy with the overall outcome, I couldn't fault the service I recieved so I would definitely recommend Julie and the team to anyone who is looking to buy a property.
