Friendly, efficient and professional
AL's friendly personable down-to-earth style makes her a pleasure to work with. She's focused and pragmatic in achieving outcomes with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency but demonstrates strong
empathy and good humour in supporting us through the procedural complexities. She listens and takes appropriate action as necessary, explains info clearly without making us feel patronised or confused, addresses queries and concerns promptly - happy to meet at short notice where something was easier to talk through face-to-face. A stressful time made much less so by such a refreshing approach.
The Andover BS&I office is easy to reach with ample parking nearby and their fees were competitive.

Excellent service with our house sale
We decided to use a local rather than a remote (internet) solicitor as we consider face-to-face contact very important. Annalee Rose at BS&I took our sale and it was the best decision we made. Annalee was so helpful and approachable from the start. She would return any communication we made literally within minutes and always kept us fully informed. She was proactive overcoming problems and offered sound and valuable advice. We always felt we could 'pop in' to ask questions and Annalee would meet with us even without an appointment. We are so pleased Annalee handled our sale and would highly recommend BS&I without hesitation.

Purchase of Andover property
I used BS&I for a property purchase and sale, they managed the conveyancing process very efficiently. They dealt with my original buyer pulling out and onboarded the new buyer rapidly and seamlessly which enabled my onward purchase to go through, they also dealt with a couple of legal technicalities very well. Overall Kelly and Annalee were a pleasure to deal with, always polite, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend BS&I as a property conveyancer.

1st time house buyer
Kelly and Emma were very approachable, friendly and super helpful, walking me through every step of buying my first house, which completed in around only 10 weeks thanks to their hard work. Would definitely recommend.
