Disgusting way of dealing with (or not even bothering to call back to deal with, after message after message left) clients /potential clients. Not a very friendly manor when I was spoken too by the solicitor. The receptionist I feel so sorry for having to deal with let down clients on the end of the phone as she was always warm and friendly.
