Appaling! These people should be ashamed of themselves!

If I could leave zero stars for this solicitors I would. Avoid at all cost!
My emails have been repeatedly ignored by Victoria Ingham since March 2023 and my case was started in January 2023. I've had no updates, no call backs, no replies to my emails, when I ring I'm always told that she will ring me back and never does and I've been fobbed off and ignored. I complained to Chris Bryant who's replied once to me after I emailed him several times with my complaint. They've had money from my old landlord from a tenancy deposit case months ago and it's now almost the middle of January 2024 and I still haven't had my complaint resolved, documentation I've requested sent to me or had my payment from my claim! I disagreed with their fees because of the poor service I've been given and the stress all this has caused me. This has made an already traumatic time even worse to the point I've had a breakdown. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Disgusting treatment to someone going through trauma to repeatedly ignore them and disregard them when they have been informed of said issues and whom need the money they've had paid out to the solicitor urgently due to financial crisis and cost of living hardship. I've never

Mr Robert

I use WTB Solicitors to sell my house.
1. And then WTB Solicitors act on my behalf to buy apartment but the did not buy it, WTB charged me the bill is £550 + VAT = £660
2. Then I move to buy house and get mortgage BTL but my mortgage was asking for panel Solicitors but WTB is not panel solicitors, I change to my panel solicitors and WTB Solicitors charged me the bill is £354.
3. I ask them to act for me to leasing 3 commercial Units but they do from November 2022 to May 2023, it took over six months and it was very slow then current lease holder let someone else leasing 3 units. WTB Solicitors charged me bills are £630+VAT=£756 and £395+VAT=£474
They charged me total of £2244 for nothing. I think they were not my side. The solicitor act on my behalf is Razia Miah

Appalling conduct

Attended an appointment to consult with one of the firms partners ‘ Ben Taylor.
It was a truly awful experience which left me in tears. Consequently, I submitted a complaint with the company and will escalate if no satisfactory response.

Unprofessional.
