they did ok until they didnt

closed the sale in August 21 during which i viewed and ok'd loads of scans and pics of various documents - electric test certs, boiler check, solar panel guarantees. sale closes i dont receive any original copies. i asked them about this several times via email and was told it wasnt their job to get the copies because i didnt specifically tell them i would need the copies!!!!! i fact checked this claim with their regulator, very politely told them it was their job and they didnt like that. i received a hard copy of 1 guarantee in february 22 and that's it!

The solicter dealing with my pi was Anees iqbal. He was very helpful and quick in getting my compensation. I will highley recommend him. I guess all the solicters will be good but ive only had dealing with him and would definetley go back.
