As overseas buyers of a property in the UK, we initially encountered problems with another firm who were clearly less knowledgeable on how to advance a purchase with foreign buyers, especially since there was a very short time constraint to finish the whole process in two months. A lawyer friend in our country suggested to transfer the file to PCB and we were assigned to Maneli. We were very satisfied both with her professional knowledge, her availability, her kindness and the fact that, happily, we managed to complete the acquisition in two months.
