Our previous solicitor had failed the task therefore we were referred to PCB Lawyers by the local agent for a quick purchase of a central London flat. Seamless: As a first time home buyer in the U.K, I was unsure of the local nuances but this proved not to be an issue. Sam walked me through everything in one meeting clearly and transparently.
Timely: Furthermore his team seemed to have a good working relationship our counterparts lawyers which made for a speedy transaction.
Accessible: I received correspondence out of hours and was never a couple of hours without guidance thanks to Tiffany's assistance.

I would recommend the PCB team and hope you get the same experience.
