Smooth and process oriented completion and on time
The PCB Lawyers (Madam Maneli and the team) had well organised the time so that all the precompletion tasks are completed before the date of completion. All due diligence checks, AML checks of the funds done well ahead. They negotiated well for me with the developer's solicitor to my advantage during the contract exchange as well as during the completion. Due to delay on the bank side, my funds arrived late and Madam Maneli negotiated on my behalf so that another notice is not served on me and I could avoid the penalties. Overall PCB Lawyers really take care of their clients and they own the task with full responsibility. That I have seen when she and her finance team started following up with the banks for the whereabout of the funds. I would say if I have an another occasion to buy another property, I will go with PCB as my solicitor.

A Surprisingly Easy Process
I’m currently living in the Middle East and purchasing a property in the UK. Maneli has been a dream to work with, the process has been faultless. Any property purchase is stressful even without the distance but her open and constant communication, timely responses have not only reassured me but has made the process as simple as possible.

Very Positive Experience with PCB Law
I initially used PCB for the purchase of my london property several years back. For the current sale, the head of residential property at PCB, Sam Molloy, was very quick in his response.
Maneli, as the transactional solicitor, was equally prompt in her advice and dealing with my queries. Working with her was a pleasure. The firm's KYC procedures was tedious though.
Overall, a very positive experience with PCB Law and good value. Keep up the good work.

Very time conscious lawyers
We needed to complete to a very specific timeline. Not all solicitors are able to accommodate such requests. Whilst there were never any guarantees, Maneli and the team worked very hard to achieve the desired results which is great.
They were also proactive (more so than the buyer and the estate agent) which was so much appreciated.

This was the second time we sought the help of Ms Maneli Mirhady, in this instance for the redemption of our apartment.

First Class Professional Service
Ms Maneli Mirhady helped us through the process of purchasing an apartment in London. As an international customer there were a few hoops to jump. Maneli guided us through unexpected obstacles that arose with sound advice & inexhaustible patience.

Always a safe pair of hands all the way to a successful conclusion
We engaged Maneli from PCB Lawyers, having had the run around by a Cambridge based firm. I am a non-resident and was looking to sell a residential property in Cambridge. We were hesistant about appointing a London-based firm, but I have to say that Maneli and her team were brilliant. It was a long process, but Maneli was always responsive, clear and articulate and managed a long conveyance through a successful conclusion with assurance and confidence. We couldn't be more satisfied. Their fees were good value in consideration of all the work that Maneli and her team did. Really happy and grateful to have been in such good hands, when we live such a long way away from the UK.
