Recovered some of the funds I lost on Hyperfund and other fraudulent platforms. Although, I didn't recovered the total amount I and my friends invested, I got something back through the intervention of the legal team.

After other solicitor firms had failed to retrieve a pension that had been transferred to a company that then "disappeared", Mendelsons took my case and achieved a positive result. I was continually kept informed of their progress

Claim for damages in professional negligence

These guys helped me get my money back with interest from an investment I made 2 years ago.

I had tried several avenues to get it back and I was told that its my loss and could not get it back that the original investment company was not genuine
However I got introduced to Mendelsons and since they took over the case it all went smoothly and I got paid today. Very happy with there service. Good communication and always kept me in the loop.

I wasn’t expecting to receive any money back from a previous investment which turned out to be fradulent however I took a gamble and with the no win no fee claim. Fortunately after Nachamah’s persistent and determination she managed to reclaim some of my funds. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend

Compensation claim for mis-sold shares

Mendelsons successfully secured compensation for the loss of value of shares that were mis-sold to my late father after a previous claim had been rejected. It was a long process but very much a worthwhile one
