Lost pension
After other solicitor firms had failed to retrieve a pension that had been transferred to a company that then "disappeared", Mendelsons took my case and achieved a positive result. I was continually kept informed of their progress

Pension loss reclaim
Mendelsons took on my case when I was badly advised financially and ended up loosing my then pension fund. I found them to be professional at all times over the period that they acted for me.
They kept me informed of any developments throughout , answering my questions fully and quickly and in the end were successful in getting back what I had lost.
They worked with the ombudsman to get the final conclusion in my favour, and I received a substantial sum in recompense.
I would recommend them to any one in a similar position to myself or indeed for any issues requiring the services of a solicitor.

Hi Dovid. I just wanted you to know that I was extremely happy with the way yourself and Mendelsons handled my claim. Beaufort claim
After initially having my claim refused by the FCS, Dovid took up my case and proceeded to reapply my claim. The process was long, however, Dovid was diligent and continued to press the claim and proved successful in the end. I was extremely happy with the service provided, thank you
