Hyperverse Claim
I would like to thank Simon and Zac for assisting me in recovering my lost monies from Hyperverse.
I thought I had lost everything until my friend informed me that Mendelsons had recovered her monies. She gave me Zac's direct number and he was so efficient and put me at ease when signing up. Simon was my claims handler and gave me regular updates and then informed me that he had managed to claim back everything. I cant thank you enough.

Submiting a FSCS claim against a broker
I had given up seeing any of my money returned. Then I was put in touch with Mendelsons Solicitors. My contact with the firm, Simon, explained the process, the charge for a succesful conclusion, instructed me on the data to find and send to Mendelsons who sorted my data, then submitted the data to the FSCS.
I authorised Mendelsons to represent me with the FSCS. Simon sent me regular progress updates and after much patience on his part reported a sucessful conclusion to the process.
