The team builds lasting relationships with our clients, many of whom the team have advised for over 20 years: that in itself speaks volumes for the quality and strategic nature of the team’s advice. We have a very experienced and well-equipped construction team to deal with both contentious and non-contentious construction issues – and it’s a team that is growing. Our Employment team is focused on providing tailor-made support for businesses, HR and people teams and individuals, with a heavy emphasis on strategy and process but valuably minded of reputation, commercial reality and the human element. The team works regionally and nationally and with some of the North West’s largest companies, which value a personal approach. Our dispute resolution team is fully equipped to litigate aggressively, but the story doesn’t end there. It’s a team that values practical and strategic thought, builds long term relationships and doesn’t run litigation for the sake of it.
