Holly is a Solicitor experienced in the resolutions of disputes including breach of contract and debt claims and has assisted on various contentious probate files concerning wills and trusts. Holly is a firm believer that litigation can move the unmoveable, often stating ‘we are where we are, until we aren’t’ and advises her clients on the best routes available to reach their commercial goals. Her journey in law began at Manchester Metropolitan University and following graduation she completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters. Holly gained practical experience in a Commercial Debt Recovery team and worked within a Dispute Resolution team as a Trainee Solicitor. She has always enjoyed delving into the key points of an argument and working out how they can be of the most benefit to her clients and this led to her qualifying as a Solicitor in Dispute Resolution in October 2023.
