Mark has been working in corporate finance and corporate law for more than 16 years. He has a broad knowledge and predominantly works with SMEs, shareholders and investors who are buying and selling businesses, and he undertakes banking and finance work. Solid in his approach, no job is too big or too small for him, not just for clients but also when support is needed internally. He is a tremendously supportive colleague, meets deadlines effectively and has always maintained open lines of communication with clients, who are continually impressed by Mark’s perseverance whenever he is faced with challenging transactions. After 16 years he is as enthusiastic as ever, never shying away from working late to meet both deadlines and clients’ expectations. Technically he is a strong role model for the junior members of the team and plays a significant role in giving them the opportunity to gain experience and deal with clients directly. Like the rest of Beyond Corporate, he is practical in his approach and always respectful of the needs of clients and their expectations of service.
