The most awful experience with so called professional law firm

This review is for a different branch.

Extremely poor service related to probate application. Very poor communication following enquiry (made on 03 March 2023) re missing paper documents (i.e., original Will). Passed from admin to admin, refused to put me through to a legally qualified person. Learnt today (13 March 2023), that they have lost my late mother's original Will. Office manager suggested I wait until sick admin clerk returns to find out what may have happened to the lost document. Office manager only agreed to escalate, when I insisted and, when I said I would complain to the Ombudsman; she even suggested that I contact another solicitor who specializes in probate to find out what I should do. The audacity. I was told that the probate specialist has left the firm and they no longer specialize in this area. However, there is still a tab for probate services on their website. I scored this 1 star because minus 10 stars is not an option.
