1st Class service from Hannah at Progressive

From the first phonecall to Progressive Solicitors, I knew I was in safe hands. After an unpleasant car accident, I had no idea where to turn but I knew Progressive was a local firm and the fact that I could speak to a real solicitor on my first call was a big deal to me. Hannah was experienced, knowledgable, she handled my claim with such professionalism that I would be happy to recommend Progressive to anyone. There were no up front fees - they take a small percentage of the overall claim value, but boy did Hannah fight for the best possible outcome for me. I was very satisfied with the amount I received and it was a really nice human touch that Progressive also donated to a local charity of my choice as part of their service. I have since referred my sister to Hannah after she suffered a severe bout of food poisoning at a restaurant. Hannah also looks after her claim and I know she was also very happy with the outcome. I would recommend anyone to become a client of Progressive if they need a helping hand, legally. They are true professionals.
