Used Waldrons Kingswinford for conveyancing, simple sale of our house moving to an empty bungalow, first solicitor left for maternity leave, second solicitor went off long term sick, third solicitor left unsure why, fourth solicitor was there until we finally completed, list of things that happened below
paid £275 to start the searches, two weeks later called for a progress update and they claimed they had not received payment then later confirmed they had which wasted two weeks
impossible to speak with someone, promised to call back never happened
one time was told solicitor was too busy to call me back for three days
we got told 3pm the day before that we would be moving tomorrow.
was told we needed to pay for a bankruptcy check on the sellers only for the same solicitor to tell us a fortnight later we did not need to
HM revenue chased us for unpaid stamp duty which we had paid to waldrons and they hadn't forwarded on
two months after moving i have just recieved an email to say the forth solicitor who has now left had lost our witnessed mortgage deed and Waldron's could not register our new property
there is loads of things I have missed off the list. i would not recommend to anyone in fact i would try to deter them

I can’t thank or recommend Antoinette enough. The other side had a bottomless pit of funds to make the process as awkward as possible but Antoinette was professional and supportive all the way and dealt with a very awkward other side very well. There was many times I felt like giving up but Antoinettes support and advice was valuable and helpful.
In the end she achieved a very satisfactory outcome and I wish her all the best in her future and any company will be lucky to have her as she is such a good asset.

From the start to the end Waldrons were very professional and were experts in there field, Andrew was excellent in what I was dealing with and if I ever needed to use a solicitors again I would definitely come to Waldrons again.

My father who is 75 was charged with a driving offence of overloading a vehicle which was a complete joke in the first place and should never have ended up in court. Elle-May represented him and did an amazing job! She came across very professional and treated my father with kindness. My father was ready to plead guilty as he was very stressed about the situation and wanted to go home. Elle-May was amazing in the court room and got the case dismissed on a technicality as the police officer didn’t turn up! Needless to say my father was very happy. I highly recommend Elle-May. Thank you.

I've been through 5 attempted property purchases with only 2 successes and Sophie at Waldron's was by far the most effective and helpful solicitor I've ever had.
She kept us informed every step of the way, copied us into correspondence, chased people up for answers, and warned us of potential issues - always with a range of options to help solve them.
We couldn't have been in better hands.

What can I say but whole heartedly thank-you to Emma B and Stacey for everything they did in helping me purchase my home. I was blessed with having an amazing mortgage advisor from Warren & Co and then having fantastic Solicitors that I literally did not have to do anything. The firm was founded in Brierley Hill in 1867 by William Waldron. He practiced in the High Street from offices by the old police station. It was the year that the US purchased Alaska from Russia, Wilbur Wright was born and Nobel patented dynamite. Our firm is older than Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s and the BBC, and is one of the longest established law firms in the country.
