Very slow and not efficient
I asked them to prepare a Will for me. Two months passed and nothing happened. I sent email which were not answered. My own solicitor didn't even seem to be picking up emails when I rang to check and I was told to send it to his secretary. His secretary then didn't reply either. When the solicitor eventually got round to writing the Will he seemed to have forgotten or got confused about the details (did he not take notes?!) and I had to explain again how I wanted it.
I would hate to try these guys with anything more taxing than a simple Will.
