Excellent professional, courteous and prompt support and service

We have used Laura at Davies Gregory Limited on a couple of occasions for notary advice and services, including access to apostille services, to support us in a student visa application for one of our sons to study in the EU.

She (and the Receptionist) have been extremely courteous, professional and helpful both times. Laura has been fabulous in nurturing us and in helping us navigate our way through complex legal procedures. Clear and precise, she has always listened to our needs and helped to meet them without any delay or unnecessary additional steps.

I'd definitely recommend Laura, the Receptionist and the rest of the team.

Very slow and not efficient

I asked them to prepare a Will for me. Two months passed and nothing happened. I sent email which were not answered. My own solicitor didn't even seem to be picking up emails when I rang to check and I was told to send it to his secretary. His secretary then didn't reply either. When the solicitor eventually got round to writing the Will he seemed to have forgotten or got confused about the details (did he not take notes?!) and I had to explain again how I wanted it.

I would hate to try these guys with anything more taxing than a simple Will.
