I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only was the communication lacking, the additional charges imposed were completely unjustified. The company's pricing is outrageously inflated, and it feels like they are exploiting their customers without any regard for fairness or transparency. It's as if they're deliberately trying to extract as much money as possible from their clients, with no concern for the actual service provided. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

She was very proactive and kept us updated at all times with progress, anticipating any concerns or questions we might have as well as being prompt in following up with viewers. The whole process from initial property assessment with Lauren and early steps for our offer and purchase with Bethanie have all been efficient and smooth. Really impressed with how Maloco Mowat Parker managed the sale of my house. I had four estate agents value my property but Kieran Newman stood out from the other agents with his local knowledge and strategy to maximise the selling price so I decided to go with Maloco. The marketing was excellent and really presented the house well. A number of viewers were quickly booked and within a week there was an interested party. Karis Hutchison did an amazing job of negotiating the sale and steered the price to the home report value. Impressive considering the initial offer was significantly less. All legal aspects were dealt with really efficiently by Bethanie McGregor. Overall, I cannot recommend Maloco Mowat Parker enough. They sold my house within a week with a sale that met Home Report value. Thank you :)

Selling your house? I would highly recommend Maloco Mowat Parker in Dunfermline as this is a company that really look after you from start to finish - all the staff make it the dream team!

After the initial sales presentation and valuation from Lauren (which was brilliant and very accurate), we had confidence in MMP from the get-go.

We were not disappointed. Property pictures going live on the website producing lots of qualified appointments happened in quick succession as soon as we'd pressed the button and the For Sale sign board went up. Within a few weeks the SOLD message appeared on the board. A big thank you to Keiran, Elaine, Karis, Eve & Emma for all their excellent work in making this happen.

As MMP are also solicitors as well as Estate Agents, we'd chosen them to do the conveyancing too, and again were not disappointed. Laura and Paralegal Bethanie sprang into action at this point, making light work of all the legal paperwork and made what can be quite a daunting part of any sale, a simple and easy process - thank you so much.
