I am responsible for managing all aspects of the Lettings Department. I attend to all rental valuations, the marketing of properties, finding and vetting prospective tenants, drawing up leases, arranging inventories and dealing with any issues that arise during a tenancy. Sharing the front office area with the estate agency, I also help out when they are stretched or stressed! It also allows me to tap into any buy-to-let landlords and cross sell my department.

I have been dealing with Maloco’s over the sale of my father’s house which has been a sensitive situation given the circumstances. My primary contact has been Elaine Cassidy however given the legalities I have also dealt with Stacey, Bethanie, Eve, Kari's, Danielle and Lauren. Having sold properties in the past with your move and remax, the service provided by all mentioned has been world class always done with a smile and more importantly they always ask about my dad’s welfare. I would strongly recommend this business for any property transactions or conveyancing. When the sale goes through I will miss all above.
