Excellent service from the team at MMP..
They done everything required and we managed to sell the house within a day..

Fantastic & high quality service for sale of property, from lovely Lauren who initially appraised the property, to wonderful Karis our sales negotiator, I can't recommend them enough. The breakdown of fees and services were clear and unambiguous. Valuation was fair but not unrealistic. The team has been so professional, friendly and approachable. Communication has been outstanding, Karis especially - quick, efficient and very clear at all times. The whole process has been quick, relatively stress-free and so professional throughout. Thanks all at Maloco, would definitely use their services again.

Maloco Mowat Parker were extremely helpful and professional when I was selling my property. Lauren was very friendly and personable when carrying out the valuation and Keiran was fantastic and very skillful when taking the photos, I couldn't believe how well they turned out. Karis was so helpful and patient with me when arranging viewings and with the actual sale of my property. She was very knowledgeable and always more than happy to answer all the questions that I had.

Maloco's have been brilliant in marketing and finding a buyer for our home. It's an atypical property so having a professional and diligent team on hand was a huge help. I cannot recommend Karis Hutchison highly enough ! 👍🏼 she assisted and guided me through every step and that personal touch made a lot of difference. If you are looking for an estate agent who provides to Client satisfaction, then Maloco is your best bet 👍🏼

We have sold our house with Maloco and the whole process has been extremely easy and surprisingly quick. They stayed in contact and were extremely helpful as this was our first house sale. We are lucky enough to be also buying a house through them so I know the whole situation will be seamless and pleasant. We have specifically been in contact mostly with Karis and Bethanie and I really appreciate how friendly and helpful they have both been. But overall there has not been a single person we have come into contact that hasn’t been extremely welcoming and helpful.
