Lynsey Pender of MJ&M provided an excellent service, acting on a recent flat sale in Dunfermline. There was a Title inaccuracy that the purchaser wasn't willing to 'take a view' on. Lynsey promptly contacted the Keeper and had the Title quickly amended, causing minimal delay to the sale (now completed). I would have no hesitation in recommending Lynsey and MJ&M.

I recently purchased my first home and had Steve and Michelle supporting me the whole way. Steve was extremely diligent and helpful guiding me through the process (having very little knowledge myself). A really important factor for me, was how quickly you can get in contact. I’ve had frustrations in the past not being able to get in touch and this was the opposite! I could always easily and quickly speak with Steve. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use Steve with anything in the future. Great team, very thankful for all their support and guidance!

I had the best experience ever with Malcolm Jack and Matheson. They are effective, thoughtful, respectful and make all the process very smooth for me.
My solicitor Lynsey Pender was very present and attending to everything in a very professional and kind way. She responded to any doubts I had immediately and with great detail.
