Family law - made a stressful experience a lot easier
Ralph has been a wonderful person to work with, I’ve been listened to and the information I was given in return set my mind at ease. I had faith in Ralph’s knowledge and experience, he kept me informed throughout the process and gave me info on the possible outcomes and processes. I can’t recommend Ralph enough for family matters

Stress-free solution
Ralph McCran was a blessing finalising my divorce. He explained everything so simply and set out the full process from the very beginning. Matters were resolved promptly and efficiently and I felt in safe hands throughout. I couldn't have asked for a more straightforward, prompt resolution. I only ever dealt with my solicitor direct, which was so refreshing. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent experience.
Have used Malcom Jack for many years for house moves, always excellent service and needed a solicitor for another matter and my conveyancing solicitor passed me on to Ralph McCrann. Excellent service, he really listed to what I needed and advised me accordingly. Matter was dealt with promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

Legal advice on dealing with redundancy.
I have felt very supported & guided by Ralph, during a redundancy situation, his advice on this matter was very balanced, his follow up with my employer & I were professional timely & to a good outcome. Excellent service for Employment Law
I initially contacted Malcolm, Jack & Matheson to provide advice on a settlement agreement, following a lengthy period of employment. Ralph was quick to schedule an appointment for me, and went over the proposed settlement with me in detail, explaining the legalese, and raising a number of concerns he had with the draft I'd been sent. He then proactively chased those areas of concern and poor drafting up with my employer and got everything resolved efficiently and with minimal drama.
While I'd hope not to need their services for that reason again any time soon, I'd not hesitate to contact them again if it came up.

Divorce
Ralph McCran since the beginning of my process to get divorced was really professional and gave me sensible advice. Good communication and understanding, he is very helpful. Company dispute
6 years ago I enlisted the help of Aileen Shaw to wind up my late husband's estate, which she did most efficiently, making a painful process simple. She was very helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Subsequently, there was an issue which required a different skillset so she passed me onto Ralph McCran, who for the next 3 years handled the next part of this problematic case. Ralph was always on hand to discuss problems, both by phone and email. He was also able to navigate obstacles as they arose and skilfully found ways around them. He took all the emotion out of what was a very draining case and kept me grounded with sound fact-based advice. In the end, his tenacity throughout paid off and the case was resolved to my complete satisfaction and needless to say I was very happy with the outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Malcolm, Jack & Matheson.
