Lynsey Pender of MJ&M provided an excellent service, acting on a recent flat sale in Dunfermline. There was a Title inaccuracy that the purchaser wasn't willing to 'take a view' on. Lynsey promptly contacted the Keeper and had the Title quickly amended, causing minimal delay to the sale (now completed). I would have no hesitation in recommending Lynsey and MJ&M.

Great experience
Although I never met Lynsey in person, she was always available at the end of the phone. She was very professional and efficient and made the whole buying process straightforward and painless. Missives were concluded in less than a month, so I could quickly move into my new property.

Very professional and thorough
Lynsey has been fantastic all the way through the house buying process, very quick to respond and very on the ball and good at explaining anything I wasn't sure about. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and Lynsey was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

Brilliant
As a first time buyer I knew nothing about the whole process and was apprehensive about it. Lynsey made it all seem straight forward. She was friendly, approachable, explained things fully and responded very quickly. The whole experience was extremely positive, I would certainly use her again and would highly recommend to others.

Equity release
