I am very grateful to Victoria for helping me with purchasing my first property. Her communication was very consistent and she kept me up to date with everything that was happening and was sure to answer any questions I had. I don’t have a bad word to say about Victoria the only reason I have left 4 stars instead of 5 is because the process was still stressful although this was mostly due to delays from the developer’s solicitors and I do appreciate Victoria being an advocate for me and pushing for the process to be sped along Thank you very much Victoria and Taylors Legal!

Our whole experience with Taylor's was relatively stress-free and speedy. While the final bill was a bit higher than we expected given the original statement, this would be the only negative. It was still cheaper that what many others have paid and everything was dealt with speedily and professionally.

My experience with the Legal personnel attached to work on the conveyancing was very satisfactory, even though there was ample delay in clearing funds remitted by me from my bank through Chap system resulting in delay in completion of the sale. Taylor also hinted that the Land Registry Title documents may take upwards of 2 yrs. to be perfected and delivered to me. This in my view is pretty a long time for me to have title documents for my purchase
