My experience with the Legal personnel attached to work on the conveyancing was very satisfactory, even though there was ample delay in clearing funds remitted by me from my bank through Chap system resulting in delay in completion of the sale. Taylor also hinted that the Land Registry Title documents may take upwards of 2 yrs. to be perfected and delivered to me. This in my view is pretty a long time for me to have title documents for my purchase

Please do not use this company if you care about your mental health. They are always unavailable, non responsive, not able to address urgent matters. You'll spend hours chasing them, writing emails. At the beginning they will promise you the quickest and smoothest approach, then when you will be begging them to give at least rough estimate of timelines, they will be telling that they can't guarantee anything. Moreover will say that they will charge you for expedited service and do nothing to speed up the process. They haven't had appropriate back-up for vacations and illnesses. Stay away from these people

Great communication from the team via emails. The online sign up and text messages were also very informative. The team were swift with their requirements and chasing any missing information. We were able to exchange and complete on the stated dates I could not ask more from them. I will certainly be making use of their services again and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
