Arnold Greenwood were the promptest to respond to our Will requirement: two other firms in the Milnthorpe/Morecambe district took our details but failed to call us back... Instead of waiting again we will go directly to Arnold Greenwood. The solicitors efficiently explained the Will process and the Arnold Greenwood office staff always responded quickly to our needs.

100% competent and professional

Danielle acted for us when we sold our property 300 miles away from where we now live. It had been our home for almost 40 years. We recognized Danielle's professional competence and ability immediately but it became clear very quickly that she cared about us as individuals, and not simply clients. Outstanding service from Danielle at Arnold Greenwood solicitors. As a first time buyer, Danielle made the process of buying my first property as smooth as possible. Danielle made sure to keep in regular contact via email and send any updates in a timely manner - she even phoned me initially to explain the process and ask if I had any questions beforehand. Danielle is very knowledgeable and has great expertise in her field.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service and what can be a stressful time when purchasing a property, was made much less stressful thanks to Danielle! The divorce process is quite complicated and it is important to understand the implications of what is being said and done. The team at Arnold Greenwood were fantastic is providing timely and sound advice, and explaining the process in a way that made sense. Judith was great in providing exactly the help and support I needed at the right time, which often would involve her checking and feeding back on correspondence I had prepared. Danielle dealt with the sale of our property and the service has been outstanding from start to finish. We made it clear from the outset that we wanted to get everything concluded as quickly as possible and the speed at which she worked from then on was impressive and appreciated. Danielle was always available to take our calls, or called back within the same day when she was in meetings. Danielle always replied to our emails quickly, which in most cases was within a couple of hours. We can't recommend Danielle highly enough. On the day of completion Danielle was away from the office, but Danielle's Secretary took over and made a brilliant job in ensuring completion went smoothly A great team effort which is appreciated
