David specialises in the preparation of Wills, estate administration, Trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, and also undertakes Court of Protection applications. David is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and holds the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates. David is also a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section. David changed career in 2011 after studying Law at the Open University and the University of Law, qualifying as a solicitor in 2013 at a North Cumbrian Law firm where he went on to be head of the private client department. David joined Arnold Greenwood Solicitors in 2022.
