Application for Grant of Probate
David Clarke was well informed on what elements of my Aunt's estate were applicable/not applicable for tax. He provided advice regarding valid deductions from the estate pre-Probate eg. Care home/Funeral etc. The whole process was very smooth and painless as a result of Davids expertise.

Probate and Winding-up of Late Father's Estate
