Outstanding!

I had the great pleasure of working with Mr Frank O'Toole, who replied to an email I had posted requesting urgent help. I have to say that he was absolutely outstanding, and I had total faith in him and his incredible knowledge of Criminal Law. He was friendly, efficient and worked very my behalf, which I will never be able to thank him enough for. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend him to anybody who finds themselves at the behest of the local degenerate police force as I did, despite being completely innocent. Frank not only listened intently to what I had to say about the situation, but he also worked tirelessly to prove my innocence, so thank you so much for that Frank, you really are a diamond!

Ms. Lauren Ward (John Fowlers LLP): The Gold Standard in Solicitors

Ms. Lauren Ward (John Fowlers LLP): The Gold Standard in Conveyancing Solicitors

It is with absolute pleasure and profound gratitude that I write this glowing review of Ms. Lauren Ward, our remarkable conveyancing solicitor at John Fowlers LLP, who expertly navigated us through the sale of our cherished property. From the very beginning, I can confidently affirm that Lauren is undoubtedly the BEST CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR in the industry. Words simply cannot capture the depth of our appreciation for having Lauren at the helm of our conveyancing journey. We have worked with conveyancing solicitors in the past, but this experience has been the most seamless and stress-free of all, and we owe it entirely to Lauren's exceptional professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Our sale was far from typical, as it involved a leasehold property with the added complexity of exercising a Deed of Variation to the ground rent clause and terms of review. From the moment Lauren took charge, she displayed brilliance and an unparalleled level of expertise at every stage of the process. Not only did she have to navigate the intricate web of the conveyancing process with the buyer's solicitor, but she also had to liaise with the landlord's solicitors regarding the deed of variation. As the consummate professional, Lauren juggled multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating a level of finesse and precision that was truly mind-blowing. Her exceptional handling of each challenge, from seeking agreement from the buyer's solicitor regarding the Deed of Variation to addressing all conveyancing enquiries and successfully completing the deed of variation process in time for the sale completion, was nothing short of remarkable and a testament to her exceptional legal acumen.

One of the most impressive aspects of Lauren's service was her unwavering commitment to providing regular updates at every step of the process. In an industry where solicitors often struggle to maintain consistent communication with their clients, Lauren's dedication to keeping us fully informed every step of the way was truly exceptional. Her client-focused approach and tireless work ethic sets her apart as one of the most remarkable solicitors we have ever encountered, and it is a testament to her exceptional interpersonal skills and her ability to put her clients at ease throughout the entire process.

Moreover, Lauren's availability and responsiveness were unparalleled. If we had any questions, she was always just a phone call or an email away, ready to provide guidance, reassurance, and clarity. This level of accessibility is a rarity in the legal profession, and it is a testament to Lauren's unwavering commitment to her clients and her dedication to ensuring that they feel supported and informed throughout the entire process.

During a last-minute unexpected development on the buyer's part, Lauren deftly stepped in, expeditiously pursuing the matter with the buyer's solicitor, following up relentlessly until the desired result was achieved, enabling us to smoothly achieve a swift completion. This level of unparalleled dedication, tenacity, and empathy for a client's personal circumstances and concerns is a quality often elusive in the professional world of solicitors. Many lawyers can be aloof, impersonal, and solely focused on the legal technicalities. Yet Lauren embodies a rare combination of legal expertise and genuine care for her clients. Lauren's empathy shines through in her ability to understand and provide a calming, reassuring presence for her clients, always available to answer questions and address concerns. At the same time, she is a relentless negotiator, tirelessly working behind the scenes to ensure the best possible outcome. This unique blend of compassion and tenacity is what sets Lauren apart as an exceptional solicitor.

In an industry not always known for its warmth and responsiveness, Lauren's unwavering commitment and care towards her clients is a breath of fresh air. Clients who work with Lauren can rest assured that they have a true ally in their corner, fighting for their interests with skill, determination and heart.

Throughout the entire transaction, we experienced not a single moment of stress and everything proceeded smoothly - ALL credit to Lauren whose exceptional brilliance at every stage of the conveyancing transaction made the process completely seamless. Her exceptional handling of every aspect of the sale was nothing short of awe-inspiring, thus commanding our deepest admiration for her work at every stage of the process. From the outset, we knew we were in the most capable hands. Lauren worked incredibly hard to swiftly bring the conveyancing transaction to its successful completion.

Stellar Asset: Ms. Joanne Neep, A Pillar of Support

Complementing Lauren's exceptional prowess is the invaluable presence of her Secretary, Ms. Joanne Neep. Joanne's warmth, professionalism, and earnestness to assist us at every instance knew no bounds, as she attended to our every request with remarkable efficiency and a genuine desire to help us every step of the way. Her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional support to Lauren's clients is truly inspiring, further solidifying the exceptional team synergy that sets John Fowlers LLP apart from the rest of the industry.

Whenever we reached out to Joanne, whether by phone or email, she would receive us with a cheerful enthusiasm and eagerness to help, demonstrating a level of support that is all too rare in the legal profession. Joanne's eagerness to assist us instantaneously is a testament to her dedication and her genuine care for the well-being of Lauren's clients.

During the final stages of the transaction, when an unanticipated development arose, Joanne worked tirelessly alongside Lauren, persistently following up with the buyer's solicitor to ensure a swift and successful completion.

To Joanne, we offer our heartfelt thanks for her dedicated efforts, her warmth, and steadfast support throughout our journey. Her willingness to go above and beyond to assist Lauren's clients with profound commitment is a testament to her remarkable client-centric focus.

To Lauren, we extend our deepest gratitude for her exceptional work and the seamless conveyancing experience she provided. Her brilliance at every stage of the process, coupled with her client-focused service, dedication, and commitment to excellence, has truly set her apart as the gold standard in the industry. Her presence was a guiding light, illuminating the path to a seamless and stress-free experience that will forever be etched in our memories. We cannot praise Lauren enough - We are honored to have had the opportunity to have worked with Lauren and her esteemed team, and we have no doubt that she will continue to reach new heights of success in her flourishing career, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of countless clients who will undoubtedly benefit from her unparalleled expertise and commitment.

If you are in need of a conveyancing solicitor who will go above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free property transaction from start to finish, look no further than Ms. Lauren Ward of John Fowlers LLP – she is truly the Epitome of Excellence in the field of conveyancing - the GOLD STANDARD in the industry, and her exceptional service will undoubtedly leave you with a newfound appreciation for the legal profession.
