I was given Sarah Clark from Mansfield as my solicitor by my car insurance company after a rear end crash in 2019.
The service received was not great.
I prefer to talk to a person than Email but every time i rang Sarah Clark she was in a meeting ???? (at least 10 times matybe more)
She did not return any off my calls, i even asked my broker to call her but she did not call them back.
After nearly 3 years i was informed that i should have kept recolds of my loss of earnings, if i had been told this at the beginning i would have received more money, and so would have Mansfields.
I have to question why they get 25% of the claim after doing very little to help me.
i really hope that Ms Clark can sleep at night knowing that she left me out of pocket with a payment that hardly covers the constaint pain i am in.

The whole thing went on far too long. Only two phone calls to keep us up with things, I complained on more than one occasion, each time I had an apology but still had to chase to find out what was going on.
I would not use this company again. Very dissatisfied customer.

Was looked after very well - didnt feel like I was just another case, and they were happy to answer any questions. At the start of the proceedings, I did feel a bit lost and "buried my head in the sand" - but I wasn't pressurised into plowing ahead, but they did keep an eye on me and once I'd sent in all the relevant documents, they did keep me updated.

I found them to be exceptional in all of my dealings with them, be it via email or telephone.
