Anita Garrod abuses her position and fails to read court bundles. She rules like a matriarch, pushing aside other solicitors, bypassing protocol. In her work for Cafcass, she should be neutral but instead sides with one parent (including the perpetrator parents) and wreaks a vindictive vengeance with glee, for no reason other than enjoying the power trip and no one stops her. She is a bully who falsifies information and does not follow solicitors regulations. Her victims are probably too exhausted, already traumatised and scared to report her to the relevant authorities. This person rules the roost and does whatever she likes, including going behind the backs of other parties to try and influence the judge secretly. Shameful and cruel behaviour that is unchecked.
