Absolutely fantastic service

I had my mother’s probate grant dealt with by Sigourney and it was so easy with no fuss, excellent communication all through and not an expensive bill at the end. Great company Sigourney was a star ⭐️
I will be using this company for our house sale too, they are all so friendly and easy to talk too.
Well done 👏

Took longer than was advised

My mother developed dementia and was put in a care home but we didn’t have power of attorney so had to go down the deputyship line ! Was advised it would take about 6months , after 6 weeks the person dealing with it went on maternity leave and it got past on to someone else , 4 months later and hadn’t heard anything so phoned and they said it was still being processed, then two months later got an email saying it’s been sent to the courts . Then after three months at court we finally got confirmation it’s been approved the day before my mother past away ! 9 months ! When I got the bill and paid for it I had a reply saying that the person that was dealing with our application has let and someone will contact me in reference but as yet still hasnt . Very unprofessional way it was dealt with .

Professional, yet friendly

Tanith Crook has always been respectful, approachable and friendly towards us, which has been much appreciated. She returns our calls when asked if she hasn't been available when we've called. She's a lovely lady who helped to guide us through the process of buying our first property and was able to put our minds at rest by clearly explaining what was going on and dealing with any issues that arose. Thank you Tanith.

Excellent Conveyancing Service

Nnenna Eka, the solicitor dealing with my property sale was brilliant and worked hard to help a timely exchange of contracts. I would certainly recommend her without hesitation.

Excellent

Buying and selling houses is stressful when you are young and fit but it is even more so when you are in your mid-eighties. Thanks to Laura Connick and Jo at Leonard Gray it worked out in the end. I couldn't have wished for more help and support than I got and am enormously pleased to recommend their Residential Conveyancing Department.

As much as there can be a 'positive experience' when dealing with a divorce, Leonard Gray and in particular Sarah made the process as painless as it could be. The term you get what you pay for is none more so relevant then when dealing with Leonard Gray - the process was kept factual, my situation felt understood and ultimately I got an end result that was as best as it could be.
Would definitely recommend

Following the passing of my brother I have recently had cause to use the Probate, Estate Agent and Conveyancing departments of Leonard Gray. Without exception all of these departments and the persons within them have made every effort to make my life easy. I can not praise their professional assistance, friendly manner and excellent communications enough and would gladly recommend them all.
