This is the first time I’ve sold a property and didn’t know what to expect. It’s been more difficult than I expected and required a lot of support with documentation. I felt like I was on the phone a lot to Sophie and her colleagues but they were always very helpful and supportive. Thank you.

We use Casey on a lot of buy to let purchases. She has great attention to detail and her updates are fantastic (even if there isn't an update to give, she lets us know that and continues to chase). Casey has helped me through my first house purchase which was complex in some ways due to the property and seller's solicitor. Casey's attention to detail had brought issues to light that could then be resolved and her communication was excellent, keeping me in the loop at all times. Her professional and helpful approach made the process the simplest and most enjoyable it could be!
Would Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend Casey and therefore Paul Robinson Solictors. Casey was absolutely brilliant during the whole process of me selling my house and then a few months later purchasing a new property. Casey was brilliant with her response times and always kept me updated even if there wasn’t an update to give. Casey left me reassured and at ease during a stressful process which I can’t thank her enough for. I have therefore recommended her to multiple people and will continue to do so.

Having originally had great service we have gone on now to be engaged in a dispute on another mated of what I feel is poor communication on fees that have been charged.
I will update this review in time. I prefer not to go into the details at this time as case is on going though I do feel it important people considering working with this company be aware. I would suggest being very clear on written communication, keeping copies and questioning fees more clearly in writing.
Fortunately I feel we have done my due diligence and will be continuing in my response as a matter of principle. I have contact the SRA (Solicitors Regulatory Authority). Should you ever have any concerns over the actions of a lawyer/law firm I would have suggest contacting them.

I used Charlotte Worley at Paul Robinson (Billericay) for a recent house sale and purchase. She is an awesome conveyancing solicitor. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, very efficient, pragmatic and a pleasure to have as my solicitor. Can't praise her enough. Would highly recommend!

I was so nervous about seeing a solicitor. But when I went to the Benfleet office. The receptionist was very nice and polite. My solicitor was Mr. Christopher Wall. I never thought that a solicitor would sit and talk to me like a normal person. He was brilliant with everything. So helpful, kind, always would explain everything more than once. I learnt so from Mr. Wall. I know I was paying. But I personally think Mr.Wall went above and beyond. I Can’t thank him enough. I would highly recommend Mr.Wall. Definitely worth every penny. Very professional in every way.
