House sale
This is the first time I’ve sold a property and didn’t know what to expect. It’s been more difficult than I expected and required a lot of support with documentation. I felt like I was on the phone a lot to Sophie and her colleagues but they were always very helpful and supportive. Thank you.

Reassuring and kept plus in the loop at all times
Sophie made us feel very valued and provided us with regular reassurance and communication whenever wee needed it, through a very frustrating house sale/purchase chain. It is the second time we have used Sophie for a house purchase and, if we are ever mad enough to move again, we will certainly be giving her a call! Thank you so much Sophie

Tough sale and purchase but Sophie and crew did a brilliant job!
Never thought that our sale and purchase with a lease extension would ever become a reality, but Sophie and the team at Paul Robinson involved made it happen. We are now settling in nicely in our new home. A big well done and thank you!

Absolutely first class service !
I have used Paul Robinson's solicitors many times over the years after being introduced to Paul himself by a friend. Sophie was recommended to deal with my late uncle's property by her colleague who had dealt with his probate.
From the outset, Sophie and her colleague Samantha Howard outlined the process clearly and answered my questions, putting me at ease that I would be in very safe hands.
Throughout the process Sophie has been extremely efficient and professional, keeping me updated every step of the way as a Probate sale was a new territory for me. She has been very patient and calm answering numerous questions and explaining the many intricacies that have popped up along the way.
Both Sophie and Samantha were exceptionally professional yet assertive when any issues arose (and there have been many due to third party failures), finding solutions to move things forward. I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge but also by the approachability and friendliness of the team.

Excellent Professional & Friendly Service
Paul Robinson were recommended to me by a friend who had previously used their services. I initially needed use of their Probate facility in my capacity as Executor to the estate of a friend who had sadly passed away. During this often emotional time, my case was both expertly and sympathetically handled by Megan Pittard. I then needed help with Conveyancing and had no hesitation in appointing Paul Robinson and the superb team consisting of Sophie Cannon and Samantha Howard. From start to finish I have been very impressed with all the teams' knowledge, professionalism but also their friendliness. This was most helpful when navigating all the potential pitfalls of Probate, the IHT submission and of course Conveyancing.
