Impeccable service
Impeccable service from Sophie and her team (notably Samantha). I live in Australia meaning timezones for correspondence were not ideal however I never had any trouble reaching the team and/or getting swift responses to my questions. Could not recommend highly enough.

House sale
This is the first time I’ve sold a property and didn’t know what to expect. It’s been more difficult than I expected and required a lot of support with documentation. I felt like I was on the phone a lot to Sophie and her colleagues but they were always very helpful and supportive. Thank you.

Reassuring and kept plus in the loop at all times
Sophie made us feel very valued and provided us with regular reassurance and communication whenever wee needed it, through a very frustrating house sale/purchase chain. Tough sale and purchase but Sophie and crew did a brilliant job!
