Paul Robinson Solicitors has been incredible over the years to my family, but when my husband passed away they really did step up. Caroline especially, with her expert knowledge and guidance through probate as well as queries and questions. Caroline offered empathy and compassion with sensitivity whilst working to achieve the best outcomes. I’d say that Caroline has gone above and beyond and recommending her is easy. Credit to the Paul Robinson brand and reputation. Thank you Caroline.

Raquel was friendly over the phone when initially deciding to instruct them. We had Donna as our solicitor and although things moved, you felt like you were just another file they were juggling. We understand things are out of there hands to a point, however 3 months in we still had no management pack and had no advice that this probably wasn't a good sign. We had numerous approvals we were hoping to have clarity on, and again 3 months down the line we still didn't have any visibility. As first time buyers this is all very new, so a candid conversation around the process would have been nice. It is also very old school, all documents coming in different email chains meant it was really hard to keep track of everything. We ended up pulling out of the sale as there was just to much ambiguity around the property itself. We are now under offer on a new place and decided to try a different solicitor. The service has been day and night, much more personable, the solicitor will get on the phone if needed and comes back to emails on the same day. Everything is documented on a portal so we can keep track of everything and we get constant updates on when final searches will be conducted + we have a completion date. We have now received all searches, completion date and necessary documents after just 2 weeks. For reference we had no idea about potential completion dates after 3 months.

As someone who previously had a varying and not always a satisfactory experience with solicitors, being it a home purchase, divorce or miscellaneous personal matters, I am delighted to say that Paul Robinson made me strongly to reconsider my previously accumulated negative occurrences which by now were just about to start to crystallise into a stereotypical picture full of limitations, frustrations, unpredictabilities and overall disappointments whilst dealing with UK legal advisers. I was seeking an Independent Legal Advice (ILA) for a new joint mortgage, and once Cosima Berger took the case, the matter in question proceeded smoothly and quickly and was completed ahead of expected deadline. It was a truly pleasant and completely stress-free experience, as I constantly felt that the case was carefully handled by a serious and responsible professional, providing a comprehensive legal advice while also being unusually prompt in communication which from my previous experience with other solicitors was always an item of a big deficit. I thank both Cosima Berger and her assistant Charlie Hibbert for taking my case, guiding me through and providing a truly remarkable service. I would highly recomend to consider their services to friends and family and all other people.
