Excellent Service

I came to Gomer Williams and co (Murray Street) after trying every avenue myself , during the first conversation with Declan I knew I came to the right place his knowledge was brilliant. Everything was explained and I was kept up to date at important parts. I would have no hesitation at using Gomer Williams & co for any further work I needed. The matter was resolved in no time. Thanks once again.

In the "back pocket". Of the Police... do not trust!!!..

Ive no doubt this company is in the back pocket of the police and will give you no defence.
I had dealings with Richard Morgan and Laura Sherwood.
Richard discribed as quiet approach. The guy is in a Coma!!! Gave no help to underhand poli e questioning...
Laura Sherwood best discribed by Llanelli court clark as " ill prepared for court" who will throw you under a bus rather than do her job.. both will not support you in any conflict with the police...

Fantastic Service

We sold and bought a property through Gomer Williams. The service has been outstanding from start to finish. Great communication, speedy responses. They left no stone unturned. We could not be happier with the work and the service. We would highly recommend their services

Been with this company for many years wouldn't change to anybody else. Always professional courteous there when you need them and won't lead you up the garden path. I appreciate honesty. I have directed many friends to this company and they have done all of them proud too.

loses legal documents, disastrous service.

Service received has been carried out in the most haphazard way. Legal documents have been mislaid on numerous occasions, the solicitor seems to spend more time on holiday or writing for the local post than actually doing any work, all work seems left to overworked unqualified secretaries.
Shocking how these are trading.

Never use Gomer Williams

If I could allocate a no star rating for this firm, I certainly would. I was chased for a £12.00 charge I did not agree to and this, landed on me in excess of 6 months after this firm issued an invoice (approaching £1,000) which I paid within days and before they had served any papers. The firm seemed to be of the opinion that it can apply any charge, at any time, for any value simply because it has what appears to be a cover-all clause in their terms and conditions. In other situations this would be deemed as daylight (you know what). This is irrespective of the fact that nobody from the firm discussed the charge with me at the time. Their billing operation clearly leaves a great deal to be desired given that a senior member of the firm feels that charges should be applied well after the invoice has been paid. I would like to think that a professional firm would be able to get basic things right, clearly not with this firm. I had to contact senior partners in the firm and even then, was not afforded the dignity of a response, shameful as far as I am concerned. Avoid using at all costs or be prepared to pay more than you agreed.

Unprofessional, couldn't care less.

Contacted Gomer Williams over a property matter. Was appointed Nia Williams, I asked if I could pop in as I was local to them. She refused, told me I had to write in. Wrote in and she couldn't have been less helpful.
An absolute couldn't care less attitude.
Then sent me a bill for £350.00 for replying to my email.
When I called and finally got through to her I told her I wasn't happy and she replied "Okie Dokie".

Conveyancing

Rebecca went above and beyond in the sale and purchase of my property, when it seemed like everything was going wrong, she used her experience and expertise to ensure we moved on the agreed date, despite the sellers solicitors of the new house computer systems breaking down. She even drove to ensure the sale of contract was signed personally by the sellers. At a very stressful time she took complete control of the situation and we couldn’t of asked for a better solicitor.
