Matthew has been mum and dad’s solicitor for a long time, they always said he and all of Braidwoods were so helpful and knowledgeable. When mum died he dealt with the will and estate. We couldn’t have found a more professional firm of solicitors to help us during such a difficult time for our family. Our whole family has now moved their business to Braidwoods as we were so impressed with him and we are glad to have found this firm having been let down by a local firm previously.

First time buyer experience

Contacted Braidwoods to assist in purchasing my first house. The staff were always really patient and helpful, especially for the many questions I had as a first time buyer. The team always endeavoured to provide quick responses to any update requests I had. Would definitely use them again.

Stress free and great for first time buyers

Excellent communication from our solicitor Mathew throughout. He took his time to explain the house buying process to us and we are grateful for his help. We just got the keys to our new house and couldn’t be happier with Mathew and all at Braidwoods.

Unreliable and Unprofessional

Having tried a number of times to contact a solicitor at Braidwoods and having had promises of return calls, my experience leads me to believe that Braidwoods don't value custom or professional courtesy. If reliability and professionalism is important to you as a client, I couldn't recommend Braidwoods.
