Ms gale is very approachable. She explained everything as we went along. She never gave up, especially with the pension department and their rules. Ms gale was everything I expected a solicitor to be and more. I have worked for solicitors all my life as a secretary and admired a number of them, and ms gale is, in my opinion, amongst that number.
