Excellent service.

I an of the age to get a will, having said that, it is never to early to get a will sorted written. I was given the companies name and contact details. I duly contacted them and had excellent service, when visiting the office or by phone/email.

Amy was excellent; thorough, professional, resilient with a good attention to detail. She seemed to know when to consult with a line manager over something and did that promptly a couple of times.

A Will? - This is the Way

I have only dealt with Rutters for my will but have found them approachable and friendly. The advice was considered, clear and sensible. The price was very competitive and all was concluded with the minimum of fuss in a very efficient and competent way. Any queries were explained clearly and patiently.

Five stars for excellent conveyancing

Catharine, Emma, Amy and the team at Rutters provided a first class service supporting the purchase of a property in Mere. They were quick and efficient and always available when needed, helping to push through the transaction in good time. In particular their communication was very clear, which no doubt reflects years of experience in this field.

Thank you

As a co-executor of my cousin's estate, I am expressing my thanks and gratitude to Julia Izzard for all her help and advice in dealing so efficiently and patiently with sometimes very difficult and protracted situations that arose during the whole winding up of the estate. She was at all times helpful, friendly and interested, always explaining to us where necessary. I cannot thank her enough and I know the other executor will agree.

Amy was my contact for a house sale involving aTrust. This meant coordinating with colleagues internally as well as the buyer’s solicitors who were not always easily available. Rutters has a well deserved long history in Shaftesbury. My experience suggests Amy’s personable and professional approach fit well with a trusted company.

Ms gale is very approachable. She explained everything as we went along. She never gave up, especially with the pension department and their rules. Ms gale was everything I expected a solicitor to be and more. I have worked for solicitors all my life as a secretary and admired a number of them, and ms gale is, in my opinion, amongst that number. Such a kind lady.
