Matthew is experienced in a wide range of private client work and has developed expertise in advising on estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, tax and wills. In particular, Matthew has a wide range of expertise in advising disabled persons and their families in relation to disabled person's trusts and deputyships, regularly attending SEN providers across Dorset to provide expert guidance to families and staff members. Matthew acts for a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to business owners, priding himself on his empathetic approach to each of them. The interaction with people is at the core of his approach to the job, which allows problems to be solved more efficiently.
