pleasant and efficient
Matt Billingsley prepared PoA documentation for me. The process was clear and straightforward, with good use of an initial video call. This was helpful in working through one potentially sensitive clause in the document. Would definitely recommend.

Completely relaxed and approachable
What we needed was someone who could explain the process, and understand our situation to gain the best result.
Matt made us feel at ease from start to finish, and we can relax knowing our Wills are in place.
